Information collected

Quotation forms collect your company and contact details, product requirements, delivery preferences and any artwork you choose to upload. Technical request information is used to protect the service from spam and abuse.

How it is used

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and administer related orders. Enquiries sent to this website’s info address are forwarded to marketing@giftwrap.co.za for handling. Relevant requirements may be shared with service providers involved in quoting, branding or fulfilling your order.

Storage and choices

Enquiries and attachments are stored with restricted access and retained for handling and record-keeping needs. Do not upload unrelated personal information. Contact info@flowersdurban.co.za to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable record obligations.
